Shipping Information
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after payment has been received and are shipped by registered mail, insured mail or GLS courier. If you prefer a different shipping method, additional charges may apply. Please contact us before completing your payment. Regardless of the shipping method selected, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment online.
Shipping charges include packaging and postage costs. Packaging costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the order. We recommend combining multiple items into a single order to reduce shipping costs. All shipments are carefully packed, with particular attention given to fragile items.
Our packaging is appropriately sized to ensure your purchases are well protected during transit.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Mariotti Philately grants customers a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal and return purchased goods.
How can I return an item?
Regardless of the delivery method chosen (home delivery or in-store collection), products may be returned within the above period by one of the following methods:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Mariotti s.n.c. complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, in particular, Article 54-bis, effective from 19 June 2026, which allows consumers to exercise their right of withdrawal through an easily accessible and clearly identifiable electronic function.

Returned items must be complete, unused and in their original condition.
Refunds
The customer will be refunded the purchase price of the returned products within 14 days from the date Mariotti Philately receives the returned goods, or from the receipt of valid proof of shipment. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Payments made via PayPal will be refunded directly to the customer's PayPal account.
If the above return conditions are not respected, Mariotti s.n.c. reserves the right to refuse the return and no refund will be issued.
